Home Decision Works — Experiment 001 Privacy Notice

Information we collect and why

Home Decision Works collects your email address, structured HVAC quote-comparison stage, structured product-value and substitute responses, campaign-attribution information, and basic aggregate website-usage information. We use this information only to evaluate the HVAC Quote Comparison & Red-Flag Analyzer experiment and, if you opt in, to notify you if this specific product launches.

No quote uploads during this validation test

Experiment 001 does not accept HVAC quote uploads or pasted quote text and does not ask for a property street address, contractor identity, financing data, detailed HVAC inputs, payment information, or open-ended narrative. Please do not submit those items or other unnecessary personal information.

Services used

We use Tally to process reservation responses and Cloudflare to host the static site and provide basic web analytics. We do not sell reservation information, use it for unrelated marketing, upload reservation emails to advertising platforms, or use advertising pixels or cross-site retargeting in this experiment.

Tracking

This experiment uses Meta campaign reporting, URL campaign tags, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Tally. We do not use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, visitor retargeting, session replay, heatmaps, visitor custom audiences, or reservation-email uploads to Meta for Experiment 001.

Retention

Raw Experiment 001 responses will be deleted within 30 days after the Gate 003 decision. If you asked to receive a product-launch notification, we may retain your email address and consent record for up to 12 months or until a final launch/no-launch decision, whichever comes first.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if our Experiment 001 data practices materially change.
